ChamparanFresh builds consumer businesses for the towns of Bihar, starting with the one it is based in.
Why we exist
Quick commerce arrived in India’s metros years ago and mostly stopped there. In a town like Narkatiaganj the weekly shop still means several trips, uncertain prices and whatever the shop happens to have that day - not because the demand is missing, but because nobody built for it.
ChamparanFresh was started to build those businesses from inside the district rather than wait for someone else to arrive. The first of them is FreshBasky, which handles grocery delivery in Narkatiaganj. A second, a packaged range of Bihar’s own foods, is in development.
How the group is organised
ChamparanFresh is the parent company. It owns the brands, sets how they operate and carries the shared work - hiring, suppliers, technology and finance. Each brand keeps its own customers, its own product and its own website.
This site is the company’s, not a shop. It has no accounts, no cart and no checkout. Anyone wanting to buy something is sent to the brand that sells it.

Champaran is not a test market to us. It is where the company is based and where the first customers are neighbours.

Availability, delivery times and charges are stated as they are. A promise we cannot keep costs more than the order is worth.
Serve the ordinary basket
Atta, oil, milk, vegetables - the weekly shop, not a curated luxury range. Getting the everyday right is the whole job.
Grow only when ready
A new town, a new category or a new brand comes after the current one runs properly, not before.
